Who I Am#
Technology executive with over 25 years spanning infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations. Currently Sr. Director of Technology Infrastructure, Security & Operations at Simmons Foods, where I lead a large team across our national manufacturing facilities from our offices Northwest Arkansas.
Three-time CISO. Former CTO. Previously led support operations for AWS EC2 Linux and Windows profiles. I’ve built and secured systems at General Dynamics, Aerojet Rocketdyne, and across the defense industrial base.
Marine Corps veteran. Operation Iraqi Freedom, 2008.
What I Work On#
My focus is the intersection of enterprise infrastructure modernization and security in environments where downtime has physical consequences — production lines, cold chain logistics, industrial control systems.
Current areas: migrating legacy virtualization to container orchestration across distributed manufacturing, building IT service management discipline in high-growth ops teams, and addressing the emerging threat landscape of AI-driven attacks on communication channels.

Outside Work#
Endurance and adventure junkie, spending most of my time on trails, in a pool or lake, or on a trainer. I’m a home lab enthusiast running Proxmox and home automation clusters. Father of three. Married 19 years.
